Thank you! I feel like I learned more from this course than I did during my motor speech disorders class in graduate school.

Fabulous presentation! It was like multiple grad school courses wrapped together in a perfect review, with new "nuggets" of knowledge/ best practices sprinkled throughout. I wish I could shadow Lubna in real life and soak up more wisdom. Thank you for a wonderful day.

Thoroughly appreciated Lubna's knowledge and presentation skills along with her mix of traditional approaches and new approaches.

It was a ton of information with both overview and in-depth information. Personally, I would have liked it to have been broken down into various sections or over various days due to information overload. Overall, I think the speaker did a great job covering all of it. I am grateful for the recording so that I may review it over the next 2 weeks. Thank you Lubna and CIAO!

Nice presentation

The speaker is very knowledgeable and experienced. As someone who also works in a SNF setting, I appreciated her perspective of the constraints of that environment in terms of evaluation and treatment. Also greatly appreciated the access to free materials, like the QAB and Newcastle. My biggest criticism is the time management of the course, especially the last hour which felt rushed, and the lack of some pertinent slides in the program. Overall I would recommend this course if the time management and organization issues are resolved.

Thanks, really appreciate the course and the printable tests.

I really enjoyed the course. I felt it was a good review and update to my current practice. I really appreciated so many recourses were readily available.
- Live Streaming or Studio Audience, FL / Oct 2022
I appreciated that all the resources were free but would still like to hear what other options are out there that may not be free. I also felt this course was very heavy on assessment and diagnosis but light on treatment. I'd have preferred more focus on treatment, especially for the case studies as I am not in acute care and often get patients years post.

I would have liked to see some examples of the different therapy techniques in action, perhaps with video.
- Live Streaming or Studio Audience, FL / Oct 2022
I would be very interested in attending an expanded course on cognitive communication skills evaluation and treatment.

Lubna was an excellent presenter. The information on the slides wasn't overwhelming and she kept the course moving. In addition, she presented the information in a manner that was easy to comprehend. I would definitely like to attend a dysphagia course conducted by her.

I really appreciated the course and the fact that the presenter is actually in the same setting that I work in. She could provide practical input into assessment and treatment.

This was a GREAT course for this SLP transitioning from peds to geriatrics.

I appreciated the balance between anatomy/physiology and case studies. Also, Lubna’s ability to communicate taught concepts in a clear and concise manner.

This course was good! Thank you so much! I appreciate the presenter and her perspective. It is obvious she is a great clinician who cares about the success of her therapists and her patients. There are two things that I think could have taken this from good to great. The first is communication. I do wish there was a way we could call/speak to dialogue our questions. Even though there is a chat function, communication feels very one-way. The second has to do with my expectations. I was hoping for a deep dive into Apraxia, Dysarthria, and Global Aphasia. I feel like this was a solid overview, but also included overviews not related to the title subject.

Did a great job keeping me awake and engaged at 6:00 am! Especially with so much technical info. I appreciated that she didn't try to waste my time by filling every single second. If a topic was done, it was done and she moved on.

Enjoyed it greatly. Thank you.

Maybe a little less time on neuroanatomy review (because how often do we as SLP's actually know the exact location of the pt's injury) and more on differential diagnosis and case study examples. The videos of patient examples were an excellent touch!

Very nice job! Learned a lot. Loved all the resources in the appendix. Thank you.

I enjoyed this speaker. She did an awesome job, even with a very sore voice. She held fast, stayed positive and on course. Tell her not to apologize so much for all the coughing. I totally understood. :)) I have worked in SNF's, acute and subacute settings with mostly dysphagia patients for over 20+ years and still love all the new knowledge out there. I'm also a part-time instructor for Chapman University in the adult learning lab, so I really like to hear about any new treatments to pass on to the students. Thank you for your time.

I went to a university that focused heavily on language disorders and did not cover much about apraxia/dysarthria. I honestly feel like I learned more in this course than during my time in graduate school. Thank you for presenting this course!
