Loved this class. I found it at the right time. I showed a patient the EMST and the Breather and he almost quit he said if I asked him to use the EMST but he loved the Breather. This class was straightforward. I actually use this too for my long Covid and love it.

I would have liked more on how to determine the appropriate level to begin with and also have her talk about the freq.
